1. I won a One Partnership Award

   

   I was nominated for and won September’s John Lewis Partnership One Partnership Award (OPA), an award to ‘recognise and celebrate Partners who are demonstrating the Partnership's Behaviours through a truly inspiring contribution.’

   My contribution was the storytelling practice group called Presento Bento I set up for Partners in the Waitrose Online design and research team to build confidence and experiment with storytelling techniques in a safe to fail environment.

   Huge thanks to Emma for nominating me in the first place, everyone who voted for me. A particular shout out to Jon, Mark, Zoe, Rob, Nat and Jason who joined Season 01.

   Additional shout outs to various people in my career who I begged, borrowed and stole from to come up with the idea and shape the approach; Steph, Jeremy, Ben, Chris and Matt.

2. Membership earned

   My first three months at Waitrose & Partners has flown by. I’m very happy to announce I’m now officially a Waitrose / John Lewes Partner.

3. I’m curating a research conference

   I feel immensely privileged to be given the opportunity to curate a one-day design research conference for Clearleft. Stay tuned for announcements about a special event in February 2025 in Brighton.

4. 7 years at Clearleft

   

   Celebrating my time at Clearleft working with the smartest people on the most interesting projects. Thanks for having me!
