I joined the fantastic team at Waitrose Online over a year ago and I absolutely love it! After workign with a really fantastic and acheiving some great results, I’ve recently moved to support two new teams. We’re taking a service lens with our current problem spaces and I’m really pleased to be scratching the Service Design itch.

I’m spreading my time and energy over lots of differnt little side projects but no actualy progress to speak of. The weather is finally warming up and drying out and I’m gradually venturing outside for more activities.
